I had given up on Red Lobster in Racine, Wisconsin but decided to give them one more try today. I am so very happy that I did. From the time that it was a wonderful experience. The Hostess Paula remembered that I had called she remembered my name. My Server in training was Karen. She was an absolute sweetheart so attentive. Her trainer was Isabel. Everyone made sure that I was completely satisfied. Even the young lady who wasn't my server was very sweet. I haven't been treated so well at a dining establishment in a very long time. I mean years. Thank each and everyone of you. Red Lobster Corporate. They deserve special commendation. Thank you ladies for your great service and making me a believer in Red Lobster again. Food was good. Service was absolutely terrible. We sat at the bar to eat, ( we were the only people at the bar. The server took 10 literal minutes before even getting our drinks. One of the servers had her 2 kids sitting right behind us unaccompanied. Who brings kids to work?

Not the best ever experience by any means. Hostess was chipper. That was the best part. Server left all dirty dishes on table and food was 2 star at best. Lobster was very chewy and rubbery. Not your best work... if lack of employee is a problem then maybe it's time to shut down before red lobster reputation is ruined
