Had a family members birthday celebration here. The food was great! Most of us purchased a steak or lobster. I order the steak medium rare, loaded baked potato and broccoli for about $27. There were no complaints about the food as it was good. The staff were great and our waitress was the best. She served 15 of us and all with a smile. She was very tentative and friendly and for that she received a very generous tip.
I give Red Lobster a 4 star instead of 5 star because the restaurant is very dated. Old carpet and aged furniture. All in all the place needs a nice face-lift. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Great food and very good service. I did observe the place 75% empty. What a shame. Lunch time seems like a good time to go if you want to get in and out quickly

Food quality was excellent and so was the serving staff. My company bragged about the new item that she ordered. According to her assessment, the flounder was a very welcomed dish. For food taste and quality, and service staff, I rate this Ted Lobster as five star quality on 5/9/2022.

Updated review: the food was good as always, but this time the service was great. We went for lunch and our server was Michelle. She was friendly, polite, and attentive. We didn't have to wait for anything and she checked on us regularly. Michelle was fantastic and everything a good server should be.

The food is good as always, but the service has gone downhill. The server went to get us a refill on iced tea and took 7 minutes to return. I had to ask another staff member near our table for sweetener and later for tarter sauce because our server didn't check on us. This isn't the first time we've had a server who lacked customer service skills. It's happening more often, especially since things reopened after Covid lockdown.
We keep going back because of the food though.

My sweetheart husband took me to Red Lobster for my birthday. They have always had delicious food. Plus a free birthday cake/ice cream(I wasn't expecting!).
The restaurant keeps live lobsters in a large tank, and I wish I had taken a photo of the most beautiful scene as we were leaving. One of the employees had taken a lobster out to show a couple and their three children. Each child had a chance to feel the back of the crustacean(the lobster has bands on its large claws), an event I am certain they will never forget!
