100% positive except for the Point of Sale flip screen customer centric interface. Simply a modern way of squeezing more $ for no service, just normal counter service w no personal table service just like any retail business. Based on this business model, I expect to see tipping requests at Walmart or Trader Joe's.

Don't expect to find a place to sit. Expect to have the best biscuits you'll have in a while. Trust me, standing up is worth it. Good for your health too.

I literally love this place. The food is amazing, the staff is helpful and pleasant. You should try the chicken box with the stuffed tots!

Biscuit was clearly reheated by something other than an oven. Fried chicken exterior totally soggy and also reheated. Apple fritter was tough and chewy and didn’t seem like it had risen. The biscuit itself would have been nice if fresh.
Rise used to have the best biscuits and donuts when they only had a few locations. My 3rd bad experience in a row.

Excellent chicken and biscuits, friendly staff and a cool set-up. We were looking for breakfast in Chapel Hill and stumbled upon this order-at-the-counter venue after our first choice was packed to the gills.
We must have hit Rise just in time, because it was soon packed to the gills as well. If you are sitting outside and having someone else go in to order for you, make sure to peek inside and see the fun Automat style pick up station for takeout.
