Love this place. Good food and good service every time we've been.
Edit: Service has become a thing of the past since COVID! Still great food, but the service has seriously lacked the last few times we've been!

I ordered chicken broccoli, I was impressed with their Alfredo sauce. My husband order the baked spaghetti. We will definitely be back. Service was great as well.

Baked spaghetti was better than we remembered. Can't wait to eat the pizza we got to take home.

Great food! Reminded me of dinner with my nana. The staff was nice, especially the man cooking.

Horrible takeout/pickup experience. Part of a large family that usually dines in and typically have a good experience so I was excited to pickup and enjoy a good meal tonight for me and my wife. When picking up the order it was given to me in a plastic bag tied tightly so I started to try to untie to verify the order since I live 15 min away but knot was so tight I couldn’t untie without time and effort so I just took it home. Once home I found it was missing my Chicken Parmesan. I called and they verified it was there but they forgot to put in my bag. I asked for a refund back onto my credit card and they said they couldn’t do that but would give me a credit towards another one in the future. I weighed the options and decided to go back and get it but asked for a fresh one which they agreed to. When I got there, I was handed the order without a real apology but I felt that I should at least suggest that they not tie up the bags so tightly so orders could be verified by the customer. Andrew, I think was his name, proceeded to tell me how I could have opened the bag anyway, completely ignoring my point of convenience for the customer and to help future issues like mine from occurring. I attempted to explain further and he just dug-in on his point that I could have torn the bag open if knot was too tight. At that point I realized I was not going to make a positive difference by continuing so I simply wished him a good night so I could recoup what I had left of my evening and eat alone since my wife was long done with her meal back home. When I got home it only got worse as the picture depicts- there was a dead fly on the packaging which was inside the bag. That fly was the only “extra” service I got from Roma Mia tonight. They also forgot my Balsamic dressing😑. Sadly it will be awhile before I return. Proceed with caution, especially for takeout. I want them to succeed but I feel horrible about my experience tonight.
