Excellent as always! Stuffed jalapenos with shrimp, crab, and cheese were incredible. Shrimp cocktail was very nice. House salad and Caesar salad were fresh and delicious. Steaks were perfectly cooked medium rare, mashed potatoes and smoked Mac and cheese were divine. Cocktails were on point and the service was impeccable. Several servers swarming around the table and attending to every need possible. This place is text book perfect and that is exactly why I continue to return time after time.

You can't go to a steakhouse and be taken seriously if you complain about the fish. And I'm not complaining. The steak was, as always, really tasty - tender (even well-done) and full of flavour. I prefer the salmon, however. This time it wasn't perfect as usual but still very close. Portions are generous but there was still just enough room for the chocolate cake for dessert.... very tasty and very rich! Top that off with servers who handled the demands of a full house on New Year's Eve with aplomb and you have a winning meal out.

Rattlers for appetizer was good. Chicken tortilla soup not so good. I ordered the blackened redfish and it was delicious and my husband said his steak was good. Service was just okay, we were pretty much the only people in the restaurant. Our server took our order, then once food came out we only saw her again when she brought the check. My drink was empty for the last 20 minutes and she never came around to see if I needed another one. She brought the check without asking if we were done. We probably won't be going back to Saltgrass in CS anymore. There are way better restaurants in the area for the price.

I had high expectations going to Saltgrass for the first time. Unfortunately my experience did not even come close. This place definitely has the potential to be top notch, but it’s just not. The food was so-so, nothing to write home about. The worst part was it took over an hour to come out. Which is brutal when you have a 3 year old with you. And our waitress was probably the biggest factor in my not-so-stellar review. She was a young lady that probably should not be working in hospitality. She was NOT friendly and gave zero s*#*s about providing excellent, or even good customer service. When you hire people like that your business is going to fail. She was our first impression and it was NOT a good one. Everything else could have been overlooked but those things were just the straws that broke the camels back after having her as a waitress.

We ate there on Sunday Mother's Day. Kayla was our server. She was attentive and funny, but most importantly she was knowledgeable of the menu. She helped steer us to meals my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed.
