burgers were really good, not blown away but very very solid burgers. bacon had amazing flavors. the 4 stars is only because of the wait. including the line it took an hour to get my food. the other reason is just that I prefer burger places like 5 guys more. But I would recommend going here, maybe just getting there when it opens though

So happy that Shake Shack has finally arrived. Online app was easy to order food, just had to get on in the morning to get your time slot picked. Food was great, loved the milkshakes. Employees were nice, even though it was super busy. Since I ordered online I didn't have to wait in line, but would have gladly waited the hour for some Shake Shack.

Unique curly cut fries, well cooked. The fry sauce was offered by the employee that delivered tableside, and it's a unique one, more mayonnaise centric than the version most westerners expect (Arctic Circle - ketchup, pickle brine, mayonnaise).
The specialty burger I had was pretty tasty, it was delivered in about 5 minutes and the lemonade refreshing. After we left, there was suddenly a big line at the entrance. I really recommend you continue to download the app and use the "order ahead" option for fastest service.

Tasty, savory product. Easy ordering and timed pickup in their app. Coming in the future, delivery options.

We finally went tonight and had a great experience. The line was super short when we arrived at 6:15 PM. Took maybe 10 min for our food to come out to our table. We ordered two burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, a shake, and a beer. Everything was fresh and really tasty. I’m pretty picky and I was impressed. It’s better than 5 Guys for sure. We will be back!

The food is pretty good, but we were pretty disappointed that a place called the "Shake Shack" only had chocolate milkshakes with no spoons or straws at the time of our visit. 😟 The menu online also had more options than in the restaurant even based on location. I can only guess that they would be able to accommodate the items online, but ended up just ordering what was posted on the in store menu.
