Amazing!
John provided food for our wedding, we estimated about 150 people. He delivered the food to our location and arranged the dishes.
He was very helpful in discussing the menu and added custom dishes for us. We valued his experience in feeding large groups.
The items he makes are foods that he enjoys, the dishes go together very well!

Brisket 10/10. Very moist and flavorful. Highly recommend. Chicken wings large and tasty 10/10. Homemade sauces were excellent. Can't wait to go back.

I've made multiple large orders for 10+ people, and whoever is lucky enough to taste John's food is blown away. "The brisket melts in my mouth like butter", or "Each bite is a perfect combination of crispy bark, and juicy insides" are just some of the praises I hear around the table. Mac and cheese was really good, baked beans were unique and delicious, but the chicken was outstanding. Juicy, moist, and flavorful especially with the Kansas City "OG" sauce or the Alabama sauce.

PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! EVERYTHING I have gotten there is beyond excellent, servings are very generous. Super clean establishment. Sid is very pleasant to deal with. You will be happy you tried it.
