We rode through Winchester looking for good food. Stopped next to a bicycle shop and had a long conversation with a wide old man. He warned us not to try the fresh greens cos we'd want them again tomorrow. He was right. Fantastic greens. I had fried frog legs that were wonderful. And a slice of fresh baked coconut cream pie. The gals that served us were very nice and we enjoyed their conversation as we ate. If we're ever back in Kentucky, we will be back for more greens.

Freshest food I have had in Ky since I moved here 2.5 yrs ago. Great owner. Staff is friendly and quick. Atmosphere is awesome for a sports bar. I fell in love with this place !!! A+

Smokin' Howards was a nice surprise. Service was good even though they were busy. Steak was really good, I recommend it. The place has charm being in one of the small, old downtown buildings, but the food was on point.

My fiancé and I ate here last night after smelling the food coming from the building for some weeks now and we were not disappointed! Everything was so good and the staff was so friendly. It has a very warm welcoming vibe. The Buffalo chicken dip is a must try! We got an extra order to go it was so good! I got the pulled pork waffle fries and he got a half slab of ribs. We couldn’t even finish half it was so much good for such a good price! If your thinking of trying this place, DO IT!
