I had ordered two pretzel bread sticks and was shorted one. We let them know and when they brought another one out, I requested a second thing of the cheese sauce because there wasn't any in the bag. The person who brought out the order said there should have been one in the bag. I informed them that there hadn't been. They said, "Well how do I know you didn't just take it out?" I left at that point. Being accused of lying to gain an extra processed cheese sauce is pretty insulting. Was extremely disappointed with the customer service.

I have multiple issues at this location with not getting everything I’ve ordered and keep trying to give them another chance. Items will be on the receipt, and will be read back to me when I order and at the window but never make it into the bag. I will not be giving them another chance because this has gotten ridiculous.

Always randomly closes and carhops are never open when I show up- only drive thru. This is my least favorite sonic with nothing but issues at the location. Constantly short staffed.

The sweet cream in my drink was rotten and not mixed up so I got a lovely gulp of it when I took a sip. My husbands tea also had mold floating in it. Check your drinks.

Staff closes the location way earlier than 11pm. If the operations hours aren't what's listed, they should change it. Simple
