A young man who works here stopped to help me with my car that broke down on busy Washington Street. He was riding his bicycle to work at SONIC. I was really thankful because my car was sticking out in the street a little bit. After my car was towed to a shop and my mother picked me up, I told her that I wanted to stop to see if he was working. He was there and took our order and delivered our order of two shakes. The shakes are very healthy portions and were delicious. I was able to give him a generous tip for his act of kindness (he pushed my car while I steered it off the busy street). The shakes were delivered quickly and were delicious but beyond that, it is rare that anyone goes out of their way to help someone in our day and age!!!

The service was pretty good at this location. For future references please do not call customers "HONEY BUN" or "SWEET PEA" or any other pet names. The car hop was young so maybe no one had told her yet...idk 🤣🤪

Spent over 30 minutes just waiting to get our food, left a stall and went to drive through just to get 1 of the mistakes made fixed. There was an employee named Jeremy there that was working his tail off!! Drive thru, delivering food, preparing orders and answering stalls. Major props and thanks to him!

We just moved to Brookfield Missouri from Hawaii (no Sonic in Hawaii, yet), this was my first Sonic Drive-In "carhop" experience, their staff were very friendly and helpful too! I love their Strawberry and Cherry Lemonade with EXTRA "REAL" Strawberries! The Brookfield Sonic discontinued the strawberry "syrup" and serves only real strawberry fruit...Sweeeet! 👍
