We waited 5 minutes and no one answered after pushing the red button. I understand they were busy but that's too long. While we were waiting there were 2 or 3 servers sitting down at the picnic tables talking to a small group of people. We left.

Just last week I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Got home and after several bites realized they had forgotten the bacon and zesty cheese sauce. The manager was nice enough to take my name for a free one. Tonight we ordered our food and about 12 minutes later the screen said our food was on the way. 10 minutes go by and we had not received our food yet so we buzzed back in and asked about it. They told us they were going to find out what the deal was. Another 7 minutes go by before a carhop comes out with our food. The milkshake had clearly sat on the counter for several minutes as it was runny. All of our food was barely warm. And everyone knows how cold tater tot’s taste. Not to mention all three “chicken tenders” fit in my palm. They were as long as my hand is wide. Roughly 3 inches in length. That’s more like an oversized chicken nugget. I can’t believe that’s what we got for $30. I haven’t taken a sip of my drink yet but I’m going to bet it’s already watered down since our order clearly sat on the counter for 15-20 minutes before being brought to us. They didn’t apologize for the wait. Offer to recook our order because of their mistake. Nothing.

Sonic works well with its app and their speedy CarHop service is just the icing on the cake. The food is always good I've never had a bad experience at Sonic

We love going to sonic, their food always hits except the popcorn chicken lol that's a hit or miss but the best part is the crushed ice I love getting a cup or bag to take home and my kids love the fudge sundaes the best.
