Everything was wonderful. The strong smoke flavor showed the time taken in the pit. Sauces added the right burst of flavor but even naked the ribs were great. They went above and beyond on my order adding things that made the meal great. Try the cobbler, we had peach that was as good as anything in the south and I bet their apple will be just as good.

by far the best bbq we have had in the burlington area. the ribs, pulled pork and brisket are delish... but our surprise fave is the sausage! cornbread is perfect. our fave sides are the potato sald, slaw... and the beans are some of my husband's fave beans ever. cant forget their sauces either... lovem all, especially northern gold.
not only is the food great but so is the customer service... big thanks!
