Sushi Chiyo Reviews Salmon Creek WA

Sushi Chiyo has been one of my favorite sushi spots since before covid and I'm very glad they have been able to survive when so many restaurants weren't able to make it. And honestly, even though I do enjoy conveyor belt service, the fresh, made-to-order plates are a bit higher quality, in my opinion.
The sushi is very well made with fresh ingredients at reasonable prices.
The staff is always friendly and give quick service while maintaining a clean and comfortable dining room.

Update: Order out, because read below and other reviews. Still though really good sushi.
Waited way too long. Really for no reason other than waiting for single people to get booths before our group could be seated. Too many options near by, wouldn’t come here.

I'm giving this 4 star only because I have had better sushi at other restaurants, but they're much more expensive and not a quick bite. So for what the prices and portions are, this place is great. Its always fresh, great service, and a good selection.

Mediocrity at its finest. Rice was hard and crunchy. Looked old. Food was bland and lifeless. The snapper was good at least. Not good enough to go back, though.

Great food every time I order! A bit of a wait at the moment due to being understaffed, but what restaurant isn't understaffed right now? if you order well enough in advance its fine and the food is always worth any wait ^^
