I was here with my family. We were here at 7:20pm today. Not only did they mess up on my order twice they don't clean in the restaurant or the bathroom. The guy at the front counter had an attitude and was too busy goofing off with his friends to care. When I went into the bathroom the soap dispenser was broken and there was no soap in the men's bathroom! Also boogers on the walls! These people are handling our food. When confronted them on this all I got was attitude and mocking me! These people don't care about you! I have pictures to prove this!

Our friends tried calling in their order they wouldn't answer their phone so they walked to Taco Bell went through the drive through because they are on foot and don't have a vehicle after 11:00pm at night with cash in hand they was turned away pretty sad. Maybe y'all need to have a delivery service. Thank God Domino's was still open they ordered from there and was served pretty sad they ain't can't get anything from Taco Bell at the drive thru but McDonald's and other places do. If I could I would of given zero stars

Their entire staff is incompetent and rude. Not only does it take 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich because they apparently dropped it. But they didn't even give me a full refund. I got my sweet tea. And they refused to give me my money for that. When you mess up and tell someone it will be 10 minutes and then make me wait 30 just give me a full refund. Ridiculous!

If this could be a zero star review it would be. Saying "check the bag to make sure everything is there" is a lil rude. Having poor customer service skills, even worse. This place needs to hire new staff that actually care about the customers and their job. The staff at this location is the reason why I never wanna come back here. Now, if they did their job, when someone orders $60 worth of food, check to make sure you put all the food in the bag, I shouldn't have to do your job. Driving away missing $20 worth of food because these people don't want to do their job. Poor excuses of workers.

Won’t be back very nasty the employee that took our order was wearing his pants down to his knees he had to keep pulling them up I didn’t want to see his poopy boxers. I reported this to there Corporate office but no one ever emailed me back so I guess they don’t really care what there customers think. It’s ok I would rather eat at a local owned restaurant anyway!
