Staff come and go, as with all fast food places, but the owners have always been great people and they make sure their staff gets trained adequately to do their jobs well. Wait times are usually about average or shorter for food and the food itself is always prepared fresh and hot for you. The spices they use in their different dishes makes everything absolutely delicious. I've been coming here since the early 90's and have to say that I legitimately can't remember the last time they got my order wrong.
The only downside is the same of most Taco John's and it's that the place itself is kinda small on the inside. Yet other than that it's clean, the food is enjoyable, the price is at or below what you'd expect to pay for what you get AND their app often offers great deals, too!
However, I will say that for what's given, the prices aren't fantastic. They also similarly charge you for every little thing, including charging you extra to make you oles without any seasoning.
