We honestly order from this restaurant all the time! Pizza is really good! & the delivery guy with the long hair and glasses is always super nice both on the phone and in person. It’s just so unfortunate that it really takes ONE to ruin the reputation of the establishment. A male employee that seems to be manning the phones today is very unprofessional and super rude! I usually tolerate him to be honest, because he’s really short with you, but today was really ridiculous. From the beginning of the conversation to the end he was so rude. To give someone such attitude for simply saying they want to order “two boxes of pizza” was a little extreme. Conversation could’ve went so well if he just took the time to clarify if I wanted a slice or the size of a pie. “The next time you call here say you want a PLAIN pizza” as if saying “cheese pizza” was so mind boggling. And then proceeds to argue with me on how to order a pizza because apparently saying “two boxes of pizzas” is frowned upon.

L&B pizza is amazing!!!
Chicken Parmigian best around and I love the spinach roll. The place is great.

I called to place an order for delivery I usually pick up but needed delivery this time cause I injured my leg. I was put on hold for like 15 mins and then as Im ordering the person started acting really rude With the tone of his voice. The delivery guy was rude as heck to pounding on my door like the police like why not just call my phone and say your outside?. I’ve given this place so much business in the past few years not only on small orders but I ordered catering food spend close to $300 or more I’m never giving this place business again on top of that the food quality seems to change as well nowhere near as good as it use to be.
