My son graduates high-school tomorrow. I had a family member who committed to make brisket for his reception/ party. They flaked out on me. Panic set in. 5 mins after I received notice that they were NOT bringing brisket, I called Taste of Texas BBQ and all my problems were solved. They told me how much I needed for the # of people I would be serving, had prices to quote immediately and although I only needed 13 pounds of delicious, slow cooked, smoked brisket, they could have provided me with 25 lbs. ON THE SPOT, ZERO NOTICE! They had it packaged perfectly for party service and included 2 large jars of their special BBQ sauce with it! All I had to do was pick it up. Taste of Texas BBQ was truly a blessing from God. This family owned business knows how to serve the people and deliver on demand.

It's a go to when we visit McCook Nebraska. The ribs are excellent and well portioned as are the sides. It is a meal that will require a take-home box to enjoy later

We just ate supper at this amazing restaurant.
The atmosphere alone drew me in. I am not a person who enjoys BBQ but I would recommend eating here to anyone looking for a good meal.
To top it off, the meal portions and choices are definitely worth it.

Pricey food is very good but we didn't get any napkins or silverware with our to go order!
