The chicken was great, but I can't say the same about the rest of the bowl. I had the fried rice, which lacked flavor and had the consistency of mashed potatoes. It's unfortunate, because it really detracted from the meal to the point where I enjoyed it significantly less than I would have otherwise. I'll give this location another try at some point.

Called prior to ordering to confirm if the sauce was gluten free (the main website says to call the local restaurant as some use gluten based sauces and some don't). They quickly confirmed their sauce is gluten free. My wife finally decided to give this place a chance.
She is currently breaking out in hives as she has a skin reaction anytime she has gluten. I've been ordering from this location once or twice a month since it opened.--I'm done with this place. Doesn't help that half the time when you order you get burnt chicken and watery vegetables.

Amazing employees and very fresh good food i took my wife today to eat here we were impressed how fresh this food was and with flavor i had a large beef bowl was amazing

First time here and we would definitely return. Food was delicious, service was friendly. Between the 3 of us, we tried the chicken, steak, fried rice and white rice. All the combinations were great and full of flavor. The egg rolls were also delicious and dipping sauce was great. While the ragoons were slightly smaller than expected, again, the dipping sauce was SO good. We like the choice of Pepsi products including the Sobe water. Only complaint would be that the floors were sticky, ick.

The food was fresh and yummy. I had a chicken teriyaki rice bowl with white rice and veggies. I especially appreciated the ratio of sauce to all the other components; you can always add more sauce, but if it's too heavy to begin with... My companion also had a chicken teriyaki bowl (but with noodles) and pot stickers - she enjoyed both.
We get together and talk for hours which was welcomed. A few times the staff & general manager stopped by our table and asked how everything was, even though it's a counter service restaurant vs. waitstaff. When I mentioned the music was a little too loud, they immediately decreased the volume.
We really enjoyed our experience and will be returning!
