First time eating here, an I must say everything was great!! Our appetizer, dinner an our margaritas were delicious ,ordered a sangria margarita and a mango margarita! Ryan our server was awesome! Very attentive, an acknowledged our child too!! Thank u Ryan! We will definitely be back!

The glass in or on my margarita was unnecessary. When I began to drink it, I enjoyed the salt from the rim until I discovered some of the salt wasn't dissolving in my mouth. Then when I started crunching it with my teeth, I suddenly realized it was NOT salt. It was glass. I got a 'sort-of' apology and it was suggested that maybe it was ice...Really? Tiny shards of ice that won't melt? For real? It was glass and I feel I was treated as though I was lying about it.
I am in the F&B industry and own a restaurant and a catering company. I don't lie or kid around about this kind of stuff.
When I suggested that perhaps a glass had been chipped or broken near the fresh ice or the salt tray used to salt the glass rims, she replied..."I don't think that would happen" Oh really? I think that's EXACTLY what happened...unless someone intentionally put glass in my drink.
I will never be back and I will never have a favorable review or statement about this place and the poor manner in which this situation was handled.

We had a great experience, staff was efficient and quick. Our waitress was on top of everything making sure we weren't missing anything. And most important, the food was so delicious and the drinks nice and strong! Good value for the money plus I still have some take away left overs! 😋😋😋

I stopped all alone, for dinner last night for my favorite meal. I sat at the bar. It was such a lovely experience. Thanks to my bartender/waitress AR! She made sure my filet salad was done to perfection, not overdone like she thought part of it was. She had them redo that part of it, then let me know they would bring it out soon, WHILE I got to eat the good part right then. Good conversation and perfect meal, made my day!

Five stars for our server ALEXA! She’s truly an asset to the Texas Roadhouse team. We came during a busy time and within moment of sitting down she was at our table, making us laugh and smile. It’s always a good time at TR but having Alexa as our server made it better. Thank you to the chefs as well. The food is cooked perfectly every time. Price are very reasonable and quality is great. We will always be coming back. Thank you all! (PS - if Alexas manager is reading this, give this girl a raise! Lord knows she deserves it!!)
