Fast, friendly service for a weekday lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating available. We ordered green curry and cashew chicken - the thing that I liked was the veggies in both dishes were not overcooked and still had some life in them. Flavors were excellent. I thought the spice level was good if just a touch low but we were not asked what spice level we wanted. Perhaps they can accommodate if you ask, but not sure. I'd probably give Thai Bloom 4.5 stars if I could, so a very good place to go.

One of the best Thai places in Portland. They have excellent menu catering to all the crowds and different taste palettes. Their starters were amazingly good, the shrimp, edamame, and chicken satay. The main course was Crab fried rice, spicy basil chicken, and Drunken noodles, all of them tasted delicious good. Right proportions, and definitely recommended. Been coming to this place for more than 3 yrs now, and was never disappointed with their food nor the service.

Great curry and the portion was very generous. The menu also has tons of options for vegetarians which I greatly appreciate at any restaurant. The service staff is excellent -- people who weren't even our server checked in over the course of the meal. I'll definitely be back many, many times.

Food was good. Great atmosphere. Waiter ignored us once we paid for our bill even though we were enjoying coffee and tea and having a conversation. Waiter was super receptive. Would recommend for a casual dinner.

Last night was our first time trying this place for a rare date night. The restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely ambiance that is hard to find in this area. However, our experience went downhill from the start. We were seated at a table that had a window directly behind my husband’s chair. The staff would cut through that small spot between (instead of going around) bumping his chair repeatedly. Our waitress came once to take our order and never came again. Our appetizer was delivered without any plates or utensils. After waiting 5-6 min, my husband got up and asked the bartender for them. When dinner arrived (We both ordered curry)again sat there without plates or even the rice. Eventually, a bowl of rice was brought. We ended up using the small plates under our bowls of curry as dinner plates. We ate our food and wanted to order more drinks and dessert, but we were never checked on; not once. We gave up on dessert and proceeded to wait patiently for our check. We stacked our plates neatly and waited. A few more minutes passed, so we set our credit card on the table and waited. More time passed and we even put our masks on to make it very clear we wanted to be done and waited. Nobody batted an eye. Our table was literally next to a main pathway with several staff members going to and fro. Nothing…it was like we were invisible. Finally, we just went to the front desk and asked to pay our bill there just so we could finally leave. We left feeling like we wasted our rare night out; that’s the worst part.
