My favorite food truck on the island that makes my favorite Thai food! Seriously, everything is delicious. The owners are super nice and welcoming too!

The shrimp Pad Thai and spring rolls are to die for here! The shrimp portions were enormous and sooo good. I definitely could not finish a whole entree by myself. If you have room to order a coconut I would def recommend doing so. The coco water was so refreshing and the owner cut the coconut up once we finished the water. It was honestly the best fresh coconut I’ve ever had, the texture was buttery and literally melted in my mouth. This is a cash only place but the convenient store next door has an ATM. Such a random food truck find while driving around the island and very worth the stop.

Food was decent! Had a good amount of flavor but too spicy for me. We went here because it said “the best Thai food on the island” but we were very disappointed

Nice place to have good Thai food. Food was good and the location next to the food truck is really amazing view. Ordered food and sat in our car and we enjoyed the food watching the lake and mountains.

Uncle Tommy is amazing and absolutely has the best coconuts on the island. If you go he will treat you like family and the food there is just as amazing. I got the pad kee Mao with beef and a Thai iced tea. I go at least once a week for the coconuts he has. #GoUncleTommy
