Very cute, themed location inside two rail cars but unfortunately won’t be returning. Thai is usually a safe option but I always check ahead of time so we called to check on the curries and if there was a gluten free soy sauce that could be used to make the fried rices gluten free. Was told all could be made gluten free but the Tom yam. When we arrived we double checked with the server before ordering. I was suspicious, they were wrong about it being gluten free after trying it as it tasted slightly different than I was used to but it was also a different fried rice than I’ve had in the past, but trusted that with the double check it should be safe, then when we received the bill and it had no notes of allergens I was almost certain, then my body confirmed it a little after. The food was also sub par, it wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t great and lacked flavor. Also, small portions for the prices, and skimpy on the protein (like 3-4 bites a dish).

Great food. Reasonably priced. And worth every penny. Great presentation. Extremely friendly staff. Is for someone who loves Thai food coming from Chicago This is a true find for me. This will be a staple place for me for Thai. Very eclectic as well.

First time here and love this place! Great atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. Good size portions and reasonably priced too imo. Plenty of seating options, including a beautiful outdoor dining court with a gorgeous tree in the middle. Great place for a date night or family celebration. Even the menus were beautifully designed and matched staff aprons. Wonderful fancy diningware as well. Drove from Raleigh and will definitely come back again

This place has such a beautiful interior, whether or not you’re looking to sit in their train car portion of the restaurant or not. I got the Massaman Curry with beef, and it was fantastic! Sweet, savory, with a little bit of a kick, beautiful presentation and a more than enough portion, it was such a satisfying dinner. One small thing though, for very spicy eaters, you might have to insist for spicier than their “Thai spicy,” because while I did get this dish at the “Thai spicy” level, it was at a comfortably spiced level, but I would’ve loved if there was more. Our server was dealing with a large group of us, and everything came out at perfect timing!

I placed an order an appetizer and lunch order to go so I could have two meals. Or three at it turns out. The flavor of the fried tofu and pad Thai with tofu and shrimp was outstanding. I was disappointed that the “heat” was given in a container instead of incorporated into the dish. Thank goodness I had Thai chili oil at home because the “heat” included was plain old red pepper flakes. Not the same in my opinion. In the future, please ask your guests their level of heat. The tofu was good but tough as shoe leather, both the appetizer and more so in the pad Thai. The noodles were quite dry, and a disappointment. But I ate them because the Thai flavor was wonderful. A delicious salad and dressing was included, which I enjoyed very much. Thai Station, your flavor profile is dead on, but the tofu needs some work. The shrimp were cooked perfectly so that’s a plus. Thai food is hard to come by where I live but I will be back.
