5 star restaurant. Valet parking out front is great! Bar is good sized and atmosphere is great. People offered to move down seats to accommodate our party size at the bar. Staff was excellent, knowledgeable and professional. Service was amazing. Food was superb, cooked perfectly as requested and portions were perfect. Recommend!

My wife and I were moving to Providence and of course, we wanted to check out the caliber of restaurants in the city. Needless to say, we were impressed. Everything about the Capital Grille was flawless from the moment you walked in and are greeted by a friendly and helpful staff, to the well thought our bar room/dinner tables configuration to the ambient atmosphere you get throughout the place. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was A grade. You can tell that it's modeled on the classic NYC steakhouse because they certainly have a similar menu and even have dry-aged steaks available. When we were done, we received a complementary dessert (surprisingly) seeing that it was our first time there. I can already envision Capital Grille as being the go-to restaurant for friends and family when they come to visit. Whoever manages this place - keep it up, you're doing an amazing job.

This is the best restaurant in RI period. No other dining experience comes close to what Capitol Delivers. Chris P is doing an amazing job as GM. The staff are intelligent and courteous. The food is amazing (bone is filet is to die for). And entire experience is for the customer. Great wine selection as well. Many other establishments are similar in price but come no where close to the service or food. 5 stars worth the price.

Being a guest at The Capitol Grille isn't dining out. It's a culinary experience. The serve team is amazing; superbly friendly, courteous and accommodating (a special shout-out to Jesse). Every dish from appetizers to dessert masterfully prepared both in taste and presentation. Also, an excellent wine selection. Valet parking, ADA, reservations only, dress code.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about the Capital Grille. My wife had the Fillet Mignon and I had the sirloin and lobster tails. We split the cheesecake for dessert, and had a drink a piece. Everything was done to perfection. Sorry no pic of the entrees. Great experience all around.
