We were greeted by a very friendly hostess. Our server was Sarah and she was amazing. Everything was perfect and high standards. The owner Mike came over to introduce himself and what a warm, friendly and down to earth person. The general manager Brad also had the same personality. They just made you feel at home. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. I can't wait to go back!

We had the best Valentines Day dining experience of our lives. The entire staff of the Melting Pot is exceptional. From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the difference. A special shout-out to our FANTASTIC waitress, Zoe. Melting Pot stands above the rest as they strive to offer a true dining experience rather than just a “get in, get fed, get out” mentality. Over the course of several hours, we felt like Zoe was family. The food was, as always, excellent. The wild berries chocolate was some of the best chocolate I’ve ever experienced in my life. All-in-all, the staff, the ambiance, and the food is one of a kind. If you haven’t been to this restaurant, you need to go!!!

We came over the weekend to celebrate family in town from all across the country. We had a great dinner but Sam truly made it a great experience. She made it feel like we were in the comfort of our own homes and made it a seamless experience. It was several of our first times and she made it easy and so enjoyable. We will definitely come back and ask for Sam! Thank you for such a great experience for our family.

We had the BEST time here last night. Our server Grace S might have given us the best service we've ever had at any restaurant! She was so personable and easy to chat with, and was extremely helpful when figuring out which options to go with on the menu. This was a special night out for my fiance and I, so we expected to be paying a good amount for the dinner, but if I would've known our service would have been that good, I would have saved more to give her an amazing tip. Unfortunately being college aged, 25% was the best we could do! If you go here, cross your fingers that you get her as your server!

Melting Pot has become a favorite of ours! We love to feel pampered for special occasions, and this place is perfect for just that.
Last night we celebrated 6 years, and our server Sam was great. The gentleman who was joining her was very nice as well. I appreciate the time and care that the staff at Melting Pot puts into the experience for their guests. We'll always know where to go for a nice experience.
