I ate basil pesto and fish dishes, but basil pesto is better than fish dishes in my opinion. Grilled oysters are always a good choice, and my favorite dessert is peanut butter mousse cake. Choose medium-cooked lamb racks over medium-rare. The lamb rack was extremely tender and tasted perfect. Fries also taste good for us. Their service was thoughtful and friendly.

Had dinner here Tuesday evening with my son and they definitely didn't disappoint! Best dinner in town by far and if you're looking for bourbon, there's not a better selection. Take some time and look at the bourbon, scotch and tequila wall...amazing! Thank you Gray for amazing service and Wade for your passion for incredible food and creating an unmatched dining experience.

We go here at least once a year for our anniversary. Best steaks I have ever had at any steakhouse that I have been to from Dallas to Houston. Only steak I ever have had issues with, and have heard from others they had the same issue, is the new york strip. It came out tough, but flavorful. Other than that everything is great from the steaks to the sides. It is pricey... Dinner for 2 expect about $100...I do miss the Porter House

Owner lacks integrity!
I will never come back to this restaurant solely on the way I was treated by the waitstaff and even worse, the owner.
The owner and the server treated me with disrespect and judged me based on a suggestion that I had made. He acted as if I was trying to get a free meal.
I made a small suggestion about the $14 Bloody Mary had entirely too much salt and the food was too cold for what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant.
You come here for an experience not a cold steak. When our food got dropped off not one person asked how everything turned out. Plus we had to wait an hour to get it.
Wade, the owner, stated that he plated the food himself because he “anticipated” that I wouldn’t be happy, however he didn’t even take the time to hand deliver it to our table to ensure that we were satisfied customers.
We went here for our anniversary to celebrate and sadly it was the most disappointing experience I have ever had.
I feel horrible for my spouse that this happened. Next time I will just cook a fine meal at home!

The owner Wade Barkman acted arrogantly and was extremely rude to me. It was more important for him to be right than to make it right to his customer. To him I was just a person that complained.
The only thing I expected was great service and great food. As we were leaving I told the owner about an experience that I had at a corporate steak chain in Houston, the manager went above and beyond without being asked to ensure that our experience was superb. I called that manager in Houston the very next morning and personally thanked him for his outstanding service and I even called corporate to magnify his efforts furthermore.
This was a waste of my breath because it didn’t mean anything to Wade. I’m just another number not a customer! Save your money, time and dignity and go somewhere else.
