We are very picky about where we like to eat and spend our money, with that being said this is definitely worth visiting. You could taste the freshness of the food, the quality and appearance was superb. The quality of food was well matched with the price. It is both a family place as well as a nice dining establishment. Highly recommend the build your own bruschetta board. Try a variety of assorted flavors, some might surprise you with their flavors. Every dish tasted and felt fresh made that morning. If you're ever looking for a new place to dine, make it here. Make sure to treat your servers well and they will make sure you are well taken care of.

My wait staff was superb, especially given how crazy busy it was. I wish I could acknowledge her by name! I'm not sure if I am the best culinary judge, but it really was not what I was expecting. It seemed different from Italian food that has more robust flavors. Not bad, not great, almost blah!?!? And I do know many Sicilians want to be seen as distinct from Italian, since it is a totally separate island.

Today to our good fortune, my wife and I happened onto The Sicilian Butcher in Chandler. This restaurant being unknown to us, we decided to give it a try. We were seated promptly in a comfortable spot in the large open dining area and ordered cocktails immediately.
We were not rushed to place our order, giving us plenty of time to peruse the perfectly balanced menu. We ordered the octopus as an appetizer and were rewarded with a very well prepared (not deep fried) large, delicious tentacle, complemented with a vodka martini that was unfortunately a little short on the vodka. We also shared an excellent salad, meatball, and eggplant parmesan, all perfectly prepared.
The manager of the restaurant made our meal even more pleasant, providing personalized contact making my wife and I feel special. He provided a tour of the bakery attached to the restaurant allowing us to sample more tasty morsels. I highly recommend this restaurant as a great dining experience for all.

Highly Recommend . . . Very refreshing to have entire staff smiling & happy to provide excellent service. Our entire experience was amazing. Starting with yummy cocktails & the stuffed zucchini blossoms. Our entrees also delicious. I always get nervous when a server does not write down orders but he was on point with everything. The manager, Domenic Viscariello was so enthusiastic and welcoming towards us. It was nice to have him take the time to come chat with us about our service & experience. He even visited again to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Other staff did the same. Again, can’t say enough wonderful things about The Sicilian Butcher in Chandler. Thank you for providing a welcoming atmosphere with tasty food & exceptional service. Definitely will return soon. Cheers Eileen S.

After a terrible experience at another restaurant we walked out of that day, we decided to try The Sicilian Butcher instead and we did not regret it! The experience from the time we walked in to the time we walked out was absolutely wonderful. Aside from the cozy atmosphere, the staff was super nice especially our waitress (I believe her name was Savannah?) We told her this was our first time there and she was very patient and kind answering our questions and helping us decide on what to get. She recommended delicious choices and everything was terrific. Excellent customer service all around. And the food blew us away. As a person on a vegetarian diet, I was skeptical at first since they specialize in meatballs but the eggplant parm balls did not disappoint. Everything we had from drinks to entree to dessert was absolutely amazing. We have found our new favorite spot for pasta that's for sure! Can't wait to go back and try more!
