Skinny is consistently delicious with high-quality local ingredients. There's only one vegan meal, The Vegan, and I love it. My husband and I usually share the delectable sweet potato fries, which are thin and crisp. We order them extra well-done, yum.
This week we tried a super-refreshing kiwi kombucha from their cooler.
I'd be grateful for more vegan options.
I wanted to go home with some of the hot sauce for sale there, which I'm sure is delicious. But it contains anchovies. The ingredient list is in tiny type and I had to use my phone as a magnifier to read it.

WOW! Tremendous food and while the skinny pancake in Burlington is often crowded, this one at brunch time on a Sunday was so quick. Got a shady outside seat with a view of downtown. We waited about 7 minuets before we got are food and the food was not rushed. Amazing crepes, eggs were cooked well. Also, one of the nicest general managers you’ll ever meet.

We’re from out of town and we had the most delicious breakfast this Sunday it was hot it was delicious the coffee was outstanding it taste like it supposed to buy coffee should the staff are excellent and they make everything exactly the way we wanted it. I wish we had one of these back home. I’m going to talk to the wife and to come here every day for breakfast and maybe for dinner as well. It’s clean it’s need to step care about you it’s the way things should be done in the world and others can learn from their abilities and talent

Sometimes your best experiences are ones you hadn’t planned for this is certainly true of us coming here. We were on our way to Burlington and needed somewhere with a rest room and to borrow from a film of all the crepe bars you had to walk into you walked into this one! Great staff, fantastic crepes and a real buzz (They do also have a restroom) if you have time give it a go!

We enjoyed our sourdough bread with pesto, mayo and spinach. It was warm and delicious. The coffee is great too. Once you enter, you are led to a table and given a menu. You have to order at the counter and pay there. If you buy coffee they will give you a cup so can serve yourself. They have three types of coffee: dark, medium roast and decaf. There is also a pitcher of water for you to grab. The day we went they didn't have orange or cranberry juice, so that was a shame. They are friendly. The place is very small, so make sure you make a reservation. The restrooms are inside the office building, at the end of the hall and locked, so make sure you ask for the key.
