We had fun eating with our family. I liked the big glasses of water so we didn't need to ask for refills. The coleslaw was really good. Cornbread just OK (dry). Fried pickles were good, not great. The steak was thin and it was fine, but not great. Shrimp was good, but there weren't very many. I wanted a salad but they only have ranch and 1000 island.

It was grand to go back again after being away for over twenty yrs

We always enjoy the atmosphere here. The staff is always friendly and courteous as well. The food is great and served in a timely manner. I would highly recommend it.
We just visited again 2/19/21 and I guess Covid-19 has hit hard. They can't even afford to run the heat. We nearly froze.

Great food and great service. Home town favorite. Worth the drive from wherever your at. The cornbread and coleslaw is awesome as a "passaround". One of the biggest seafood meals you will find. Catfish is great too.

I love Top O the River! The food is always fresh and prepared correctly. Whenever I am home in Anniston, I make a trip there. It's a great place to run into old classmates. I usually see two or three of them there. Keep doing what you're doing!
