The service and food were amazing, however, the manager accosted my husband and I stating we did not leave the server enough of a tip. Really? We left what we thought was fair and yes we are very aware that this is how they make their living. We’re not bad tippers by any means and to be told as we are leaving that we didn’t leave enough is ridiculous. If you have to tell me I didn’t tip enough then maybe you should pay your staff more? We, unfortunately, will not be coming back.

My wife and I love Tuscany Bistro Bar & Grill. Every time we eat there we are amazed by the food. It is delicious. The service is primo…. and it is a really fun place to eat. I have never been disappointed by anything I have ever ordered there. If I could give it more than 5 stars…. I would!

Long drive for me from Chicago, but made the effort as it was friend's son's confirmation party. Food was good. We were waited on by an excellent young lady, there was no delay in the food service. I tried to add a photo of the folks at our table & cutting Pierce cutting the cake, but was not successful.

Update: Tuscany contacted us and gave us an opportunity to try their restaurant again. This time everything was excellent, the food was delicious and the server was wonderful. So glad we gave them another chance!
Had a very unpleasant experience at Tuscany tonight, While the food was good, the server was terrible. She offered my husband salad OR soup with his meal, he chose soup. When we got the bill, he was charged an additional $3 for soup which she NEVER mentioned. She was rushed and rude, and tried to take my husbands margarita glass that was still half full! He told her he was still drinking it, to put it back! I asked for bread, (all the surrounding tables got theirs with their salads), she didn't bring until after we received our meals. While she was putting our leftovers in boxes, she was in such a hurry that she spilled greasy pasta on my husbands sleeve, no apology. The culmination of this bad experience was when she brought back the folders with our bills, she threw them in front of my friend and I, mine slid off the table onto the floor. Once again, no apology, she didn't try to pick it up. I have rarely experienced such a rude server, and I am sorry that I did not speak to someone about her before we left. It was our anniversary celebration with our dear friends, and I didn't want to make the night any more unpleasant. The four of us have agreed that Tuscany will not receive our business again.

We had dinner at Tuscany on Saturday night. The food was fantastic as was the service. We had heard about you through Bella Roma in Panama City Beach. We celebrated my birthday and you made us all feel extremely welcome and special. So happy to have you in Wisconsin! We will be back.
