We were looking for food after spending a night in deadwood, and the menu drew me here. I'm not a huge fan of diner food, it's often middle of the road staples that are just ok. Uncle Louie's menu though has a lot of options, so I knew the fiance would be interested, and I was craving a breakfast burrito. I was pleasantly surprised with how good things were!
The wait was less than ten minutes. The waitress was awesome and very nice (all the staff that we interacted with were friendly). I had a pulled pork green Chile breakfast burrito that was much better than I expected. I didn't love the salsa but I didn't even need it. I also had some ham steak that was tasty.
All in all, great food and good people. Stop in on your way.

There's plenty of parking due to the location so that's nice. The inside was clean and the staff were VERY nice and attentive. The food left the kitchen very fast. Unfortunately the portions were small. The bacon was very thin in size so the two side orders were almost equivalent to one at most other places I eat at. The hash brown portion was also small. However in all fairness the low cost likely matches the portion size. The French toast was not good unfortunately, almost tasteless. The large chocolate milk was actually a large glass which was a nice change! In closing its never fair to judge a place by your first experience. Give it a try and make up your own mind.

Tried them yesterday and the food and service blew my mind. So much so I returned today and the food was just as good. If you're ever in the neighborhood you have to give them a try.

Went there with a party of five. Waitress did not right any of our orders down and I ordered the chicken fried steak and got the chicken fried chicken instead. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. please just right down the orders so there is no question. They did bring me my chicken fried steak which was ok. The white gravy had sausage in it which was not good on chicken fry steak. Mashed potatoes were very runny and obviously out of a package.

My husband and I ordered take out from here and really enjoyed our food! I got the sourdough delight and he got the breakfast burger. He absolutely loved his burger and mine was pretty great as well! The only downfall is that I really needed ketchup for the fries and it didn’t come in the Togo box but that’s on us for not checking before we got to our Airbnb. Overall great experience!
