This is our third or fourth time here and from past experience it wasnt great but we wanted to give it another try since it’s near the movie theater. We went here today and I was disappointed. First we waited for 30 minutes. It didn’t seem busy at all but when taking my kids to the bathroom to wash their hands I guess the waiter assumed we left and didn’t place our order because another waiter that seated us made a comment as we came back to the table after ordering stating “oh you went to the bathroom, let me let your waiter know”. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and for $14 bucks I expected more then a small chicken breast thrown on top of a bed of romaine lettuce and about 10 small sliced tomatoes and a tablespoon of blue cheese. I was very disappointed and asked the waiter about how the salad comes and she commented that she could take it back to have them add more veggies but one knows never to send food back to a cook. My sons fries were burnt and the others were under cooked. I was highly disappointed and would not recommend nor will I be retuning. Oh and don’t order a glass of water. It taste disgusting. How can water taste so horrible? Take it from me even the waiter told us not to order because the water is digesting. I’ve heard the water in the area is bad, However that is no excuse from a restaurant then either provide bottled water or get a filtered water system!

Absolutely delicious burgers! The quality of the food is above par, fresh and healthy.
The hostess and staff are very kind, respectful and polite. Our waitress was very tentative and polite.

Clean, fun environment. Average burgers, all around. Tried it twice, different burgers,found it solidly average both times. Even our youngest who wants burgers EVERY day isn't a fan. Better options within minutes.

Place was empty, asked to wait D/T needing to clean table, 10 minutes. Sat for 10 minutes with NO help, server noticed us sitting with no help and called over our table that this table was now his(Shawn). Service from now on was fabulous. Food was OK, tots borderline cold.. skillet cookie delicious! Biggest complaint: the struggle of listening to dining room music and the music from the cooks line with added vocals from the cook. Very distracting... please note: We are not oblivious to the shortage of help, BUT this was not the case, the place was well staffed.. I would like to end on a good note: Shawn was personable professional timely and his tip reflected his effort$$$..

I'm giving two stars to our server who did a great job. As far as the food here, that would be a zero star review. Our party of four ordered different items and they were all pretty awful. If you're thinking of going because of the hype (like us) save yourself a let down and just get drinks. The watermelon smash was very refreshing.
