Ever spend 70 dollars on a meal and eat with plastic silverware? Check out Wauwatiki. There should really be an option to use metal silverware if you are paying premium prices. Not to mention the irony of using plastic silverware at a Hawaiian restaurant.
Server was kind.
Food was lacking flavor.
Drinks were good.
Nice atmosphere.

Really good food. Menu is temporarily limited, it seems, but the choices available were nice. Crack fries are phenomenal. Cute Hawaiian atmosphere on the inside.

I was extremely disappointed with the fake reviews I read, thus is a stolen heritage themed establishment. While looking for new Caribbean space to experience. I noticed that this establishment isn’t black owned nor is owned by descendants of any Caribbean islands. The drinks were literally just drowned in coconut milk. No actual flavor for my tastebuds to remember home. The establishment décor was very nice and relaxing. But that was over shadowed by the lack of interest the waiter put into her wardrobe before coming to work. Caribbean should definitely be removed from online viewing. As a Haitian woman thus place was pathetic. But never forget that the three owners of this establishment are proud members of the KKK. If you don’t believe me ask yourself why American Caucasian men wanted to produce a business for Caribbean individuals to enjoy. But don’t have a Caribbean cooking, making drinks, or even annually come to this place? I was the only brown skinned customer in the place. The fact that my BF didn’t even want to stay due to order food due to lack of diversity in customers.

Took a weekender with the family. Gluten allergies are a big issue for us and this was a great spot. Had a terrible visit Friday night 11/20. Host told us 20-25 min. An hour later he forgot about us. Finally put a make shift table together. Then our order was not placed with the kitchen correctly meant an hour for food. Took it to-go at that point. Left angry and disappointed but gave it another shot Saturday night 11/21 and wow. Night and day. My teens were able to sit at the bar and eat so we sat right away. (Would have been nice to know Friday night) Bartenders were pure professional, courteous and just damn good. Food and drinks were outstanding. We’d go back knowing Friday was just one of those bad nights that happen. Saturday night was a 5 star night.
