Decided to try Wayback Burgers again for dinner one night and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of our order, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and even the friendliness of the staff. I ordered our food through their mobile app about a half hour before closing time, and got there to pick the food up about 15 minutes later. When we arrived, we were greeted by 2 friendly employees, and immediately handed our bag of food, which was clearly labeled and ready to eat.

My fave burgers locally. They were getting hammered when we went in. They appropriately warned us of a significant wait, and then came in faster than promised. Well done.

Would be a lot easier to give a review if I could have eaten here. Walked in at 825 to order food to take out and eat at home for my wife and I. Was told they are closed. Even though the door wasn’t locked and everywhere states they close at 9. Not really blaming Wayback and more so blaming the two lazy children who work there. I would understand if it was 8:50/8:55 where it takes a while to clean and leave on time but come on. This is why no one wants to hire kids because they do stuff like this and make businesses look bad. Shame on the younger boy and girl left there to represent the chain, unfortunately its resulted in a lost customer.

Order is ALWAYS missing something. You would think after ordering there many of times I would get one order correct. Always fails to provide all toppings I paid EXTRA for or I get wrong milkshake. This is ashame because the food is good, but the people working there need to learn to read.

STAKE IS AWEFUL..CRUMBS OF STAKE CHOPPED UP..BREAD TO SOFT once you pick up the bread greasy soggy.... Hamburger same...NO FROM ME....for the price they charged 😳 No....could be better
