(Update) person involved in stealing our card was arrested and charged. Thanks to the District Manager and cooperate for treating my family like absolute garbage and saying to me and I quote, “we are not responsible for what our employees do.” My mouth about hit the floor when I heard that. This was cooperate that said this! They also asked me what I expected them to do, I told them I don’t know, maybe APOLOGIZE or give me my money back for the meal. My family were victims of something that wasn’t our fault and entirely Wendy’s fault. I hung up on the lady from corporate and then called back to apologize for my anger and I told her that I was just going to move on, she told me that when they actually prove one of their employees did something they would call me and make it right, 10 months later hahaha nope. In 10 months I have told tons of people about what you did and I have visited your business 0 times. Now that I have updated everyone on what happen, I can move on!
Employee from the drive through stole our card and went on a shopping spree in the belton area trying to withdraw hundreds from the ATM little did they know that every place they went had cameras everywhere and that our bank shut them down and gave us the exact times and places they attempted to use our card. The officer informed us that this is a Felony! The supervisor didn't care at all what I was saying and acted as if I was not telling the truth. Don't trust this place!

I love the pink haired lady. Always happy and welcoming. Food was fresh and hot! You have got to try the potatoes...delicious!

Wish I could give it a 0. Waited in drive thru to watch 3 cars wait longer than an order at a sit down restaurant. Fast food is not here at this Wendy's. I left before even ordering food.

Facts from an employee... they go weeks without changing the fryer oil and the general manager tells employees not to filter it, company policy is to change the oil twice a week and filter it several times a day. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting. For your own safety, DO NOT EAT HERE!
