There was a mistake with my order but the manager Tawana was extremely polite and helpful in finding a solution. She deserves a raise. Good staffing here. Food is good too.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Twana!! She took time to make sure my order was right and set realistic expectations as to when the order would be ready for pickup. Twana was very efficient and courteous it was truly a pleasure conducting business with her!

I'd like the French fries a lot and I had the wings with bone in and mild hot sauce it was very yummy but it seems like they're giving a tiny but less on the French fries. The girl at the front cash register she said she was new but she was very nice and very pleasant. But her definition of 15 minutes was way longer than a 15 minute wait for my food, She did say they were pretty busy.

Confirmation email for my online order was received at 6:21pm, pick up time was scheduled 7:45pm. I arrived at the store late at 8:00p, I did not get my order until 9:15. This is not the first time I've had to wait for long for an order but that day was ridiculous. The manager said there was an online"glitch". I probably wouldn't have been as upset had they called the number attached to the order and said come later. I will find another Wingstop or go to BW3 in Cleveland Hts, before going back to South Euclid Wingstop.
