After a great day in town Wyoming’s Rib and Chop House was recommended for dinner. The four of us were seated right away and Angela, our waitress, was super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. We had the Gumbo, Western burger, cedar plank salmon (with lemon) and ribs. Everything was cooked to perfection, except the garlic mashed potatoes which our waitress quickly took care of. The gumbo soup was spicy but we like it that way. For dessert we had Apple Cobbler and Pecan Melt Away. Wow! It’s a good thing we were sharing desserts. They were huge and of course delicious! It was a little pricey and we did not realize this was a chain restaurant but we would definitely return.

The best thing about having dinner at the Rib and Chop house was our waitress, Karen. She was very friendly, quick, and informative. She knew what we needed and took care of us. Very Attentive and alert! The food was delicious but Karen was perfect! Ask for her when you go!

Great place to stop in for quality food...they told us an hour wait ...turned out it was 15 min.! So that was nice. Friendly people all over and great food! Owner is from Louisiana so even the Cajun food is pretty close to the real deal!

I ordered three things that were on the menu and they were not available. I get this for a Village Inn etc. with how things are but not for a high end restaurant like this. And the items ordered were not random things on the side. Two were highlighted on the menu. If you are going to charge the prices the restaurant does and act high end, back it up and actually be high end.

Great food, my steak was perfect. The staff and atmosphere were so up beat and friendly. Wait time to be seated and for our food to arrive was short on a Friday night. We were very pleased, when in the area again we will return.
