Usually I love Zen. However, the customer service lately has been unsatisfactory. I placed on order on a Friday night for basic sushi. Upon arrival, my boyfriend was told they did not have my order. I sent him a screenshot of my confirmation email and he presented to the host. He was then told they forgot to make it and due to them closing soon they refused to make it. In this small town, there aren't any healthy options that late so we went home hungry. I sent an email regarding my experience and no one has reached out to me. We will be finding a new sushi spot.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here. Everything was top notch. Had the 3 roll lunch and was not disappointed in any way. The portion was enough for two meals too!

Great food! My husband and I had the sweet and sour chicken bowls and I must say we will definitely be ordering it again! So good!

Really delicious food. Loved the lobster rolls and sashimi. Also love the shrimp dim sum. Definitely ended up ordering three orders! Would highly recommend a visit if in Beloit. The service is fast as well.
