This restaurant is INCREDIBLE! You will not find anywhere like it in Delaware. The menu diverse menu that rotates new thing creations never disappoints. I've been here 4 times now and the chef is never less than perfect! The service is nice and the manager 'Q' is delightful. Even down to the atmosphere. The decor is jaw dropping and perfectly set up for either dates or drinks with friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Zollies is an experience. The food has phenomenal flavor. The service is friendly and excellent. Must try the Jamaican jerk wings and the catfish. Hands down one of best I've ever had. It is a place of piece where you can really have a culinary experience. I will be going back many many times.

I Stepped in the doors and was transported. The energetic vibe, warm welcome and rustic decor made me forget that I was in De. The menu consisted of seafood, wild game & delicacy such as frog legs. The food was not only outstanding in presentation but awakened every taste bud that I possessed., most delicious. Live music played in the front foyer very enjoyable but the food kept stealing my attention. The staff operated as a team and was on point. A chef to be reckoned with as his passion comes across in every dish & conversation .

Came here for brunch on a Sunday, they were busy, by busy I mean packed all the way back, we were almost the last tables in the back. The service was excellent, we didn't make a reservation not knowing how busy they were for Sunday brunch but still managed to have a table available. The food however, was even better, I ordered the crab cake eggs Benedict and it was absolutely amazing. A little bit of spice, the eggs cooked perfectly, and the crab cake packed tons of flavor. Our group will absolutely be back to visit again! Oh and the cocktails are delicious and quite boozy!

In a few words? Exquisitely delicious from start to finish — though our first time there, we were welcomed like old friends.
We are big on asking for a staff’s/owner’s recommendations and each suggested dish was spot on in both presentation and taste. The charcuterie board was uniquely diverse, generously portioned and simply delicious and the oysters on the half shell were tangy and bright.
I savored every bite of the delicately cook catfish that was generously stacked on the most delicious corn bread I have ever eaten — my husband relished the saucy flavors of his perfectly prepared shrimp and grits —containing just the right amount of “kick” to make the dish tasty and interesting.
The perfect ending to our meal comprised slices of chocolate mousse and cheese cakes — both were melt-in-your-mouth velvety smooth and attractively presented.
Our compliments to “Chef Tony” — he is a true culinary master in the kitchen.
This Historic New Castle, DE gem is inviting and hip — boasting the coolest “NYC vibe” without the pretense or price tag. Worth, worth, WORTH the trip.
