Had the Open face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes. Turkey was great - thick slices hand carved. Service was great. Bathroom could use a real deep clean on the grout and the mineral deposits on fixtures etc. We've come here several times and it's a great real meal while on the road. Thanks!

Amazing food! Amazing service! Our waitress Trinity treated us well! She was so helpful and quick! After months of going to other restaurants in the area and being continually disappointed, this visit to AJ's has restored our faith in the food community! Thank you!! On a side note, the orange juice was terrible, I would not recommend. Our waitress, Trinity, graciously got us something else to drink and we were very pleased!!

Service wasn't bad. However the food was edible at best. Their "hand cut steak" was clearly pre frozen, and about 1/4 thick. I ordered it rare and it was medium at very least, it also seemed to be soaked in some kind of oil. I've had better steak at Dennys. The ribs my wife ordered had potential honestly, but they were extremely dry, and we had to ask for a side of BBQ sauce for it. For $50 I didn't expect amazing food, but I did expect decent food, and I expected the "hand cut steak" to be hand cut and cooked like I asked. Definitely will not be returning based on the food quality.. If the new owners do BBQ better, do the BBQ and give the old menu up.
