We came for happy hour out on the deck. Very nice outdoor dining area overlooking the water. Staff all very pleasant. Had the taco special. All were very good - especially the avocado taco!

I grew up in Laurel and we come from Kent Island MD to eat here. Great atmosphere and love the Shrimp N Grits! I've never had a bad meal here and the service has always been stellar! Highly Recommend!

This is an update to a review I posted a couple years ago. The owner sent me a very apologetic and friendly reply. They hoped I would return and give them a second try, so I'm hoping they see this. I did return, and I absolutely do not regret it. A friend of mine was visiting from Texas and we wanted to have a leisurely lunch, outside and on the water without driving all the way to the beach. For reference I live in Seaford. Everything was just wonderful. From the service, to the drinks, to the food. Our only complaint was that the chicken on the flatbread seemed a bit dry, but the overall flavor of it completely made up for that. And what a pleasant surprise the calamari was! It was served with a sweet and spicy sauce that the calamari rested over. Not drenched by any means, the perfect amount. But the kicker was the blue cheese crumbles over top. I consider myself to be experimental in the kitchen, but that honestly would have never crossed my mind as a combination. But I'll be copying that dish in the future. It was delicious! Based on this experience I will definitely be back, and hopefully make this restaurant a regular dining experience.

First time at Abbott's and we will return. Friendly atmosphere, good selection and delicious food!! My husband had the cajun salmon tacos and I had the asparagus salad YUM!! Give it a try, won't disappoint!
