Ordered online for delivery and site confirmed they were able to deliver to address. Waited an hour and nothing came. Finally called restaurant and was told we do not deliver to address and will refund money. So if I didn't call basically I would have waited all night and no pizza? They were busy and that was the reason given why they didn't call yet in terms of charging my card was immediate. Poor customer service and they should have called me if they were not able to deliver. More importantly fix your website ordering platform that incorrectly says delivery is available for address. Reply to Owner's response: Alredros Pizza Google page has an order online link which only has toasttab.com as your only platform. That's where I ordered and am sure you are aware as you get notification once order is placed. This is in your control, otherwise remove online ordering, simple. There are other reviews with same issue ordering from toastab.com and not receiving pizza until they call themselves to find out from you their address is not in range. Hope you learn to take accountability rather than make excuses, fix your delivery range in toasttab.com (I am ~7 miles away,
