Would give no stars If possible. Second time going there, both times terrible experience. This time was the absolute worst. Last night around 6pm. Sat ourselves because nobody was around to do so. Had to ask for menus and silverware to start. We waited an hour for our appetizers, two salads and spinach dip. The salads both without croutons but of course one came with croutons. Waited another hour for our entrees that came out wrong and cold. Had to ask repeatedly for water refills. Saw the host sitting down while people wait at the door and with empty drinks. The waitress poured our milk into the glass then continued to drink the rest of the bottle right in-front of everyone and came out from the back eating food while we and everyone else sat hungry. After getting my food cold and wrong she finally came back to our table to ask how it was. At that point I just asked for the bill. My fiancé mentioned that the food I left sitting untouched was not what I order to which she replied oh yeah I brought you the wrong one. To which I said it’s fine can we just please get the bill, she chuckled and walked away. I don’t see what is funny about bringing someone the wrong food knowingly? Saw many tables fed up and walking out which we should’ve done. Paid our hefty bill of 53 dollars for the food I didn’t even eat and left hungry and unhappy. Worst dining experience of my life. And very unprofessional waitress Courtney I believe was her name.

Had a business dinner there. Called ahead ( at lunch time) to give them enough time to prepare for a party of up to 10 people. Get there and they weren't prepared. The table I was taken to was covered in Food Crumbs. Service was beyond slow. It took 10-15 minutes to get drinks and drink refills. Took forever to get our food and most of the orders were just quick appetizers. And they weren't even that busy. Most of the time our waitress was at the waitress area playing on her phone. Very disappointed. I love Applebee's and that's why I chose it for our business dinner. I don't know if I'll be back , at least for a business dinner.

Going down hill for a while. Place was dirty. The waiting area seats were disgusting like they haven't been cleaned in awhile. Waiting for 15.min with 8 booths wide open. More staff needed. Bad times I guess hope they get back to how it was run before, good service , good food clean environment. Staff still nice. A thorough cleaning needs to be done. Food still good and taste great.
