I really like this arctic circle. The drive through workers are always very cheerful, and the last time I went they went above and beyond. You see, i love pickles- like, a LOT- and i always ask for extra pickles when i go get fast food. I'm almost always slightly disappointed by how skimpy most places are, but not here! I come here fairly frequently now- and i always ask for pickles- so i think they might recognize me by that now, because the last time I went they gave me like 3 layers of pickles! It was amazing. The manager herself came over and asked me to open the burger box and look at the masterpiece, and do i did- and there were even two pickles on top as a garnish! It really made my day. 10/10 service from the helpful employees, 10/10 food presentation and flavor, and I'll definitely be back again! Thanks guys!

The staff was very rude. They messed up my order with 2 items and when I mentioned it to them they rolled their eyes and slammed the drive through window. I dealt with 3 different employees and they were all rude. Update: tried to give them a 2nd chance and they blew it! Took forever, almost an hour. Gave me a small shake in a kiddie cup and kept telling me that's the small in a kiddie cup. Never going there again!
