Tried it for the first time. Can only place order by app or online or in person but not by phone (if in person you'd better have something to do for an hour, seriously.) Placed order by app and went to pick it up and was told I placed the order at Dover location. No I did not, luckily I had took a screenshot of my order from app which showed location. Then she says the orders go to Dover and get forwarded to them which apparently hadn't been done yet. We live 20 minutes from the place and they didn't get the order yet?? And if they knew that it has to be forwarded from Dover then why did they attempt to tell us we placed order at wrong location? Wouldn't you think they'd assume they didn't get it yet and CHECK? Told us it's better to place order simply online, but another reviewer says that there is an additional charge when you go that route. The food was good, not 'omg this meal is AMAZING'. Bottom line, it takes WAY too long for your order to be done (45 min to 1+ hours) and food is definitely overpriced. Won't be going back. Oh forgot to mention that my husband watched one of them run next door to Food Lion to buy the fries and cheese they needed to make our order so they obviously aren't well prepared and bought crinkle fries which I hate, expected regular fries as shown on menu pic.

I have been here twice and both times I have had the same experience of bad customer service. I walked in and said hello no one spoke. The lady who did speak to me didn’t greet me and sounded like she didn’t want to be there. I had spoke to another lady since they did not have the option of no bread on my seafood since I’m doing keto. She is going to talk to someone in the back about having a problem with my request. They ran out of crab cakes but did not tell me so when I checked my food I only received one crab cake and some shrimp. The difference was not given back. I have worked in food services and I understand customer service. But here they do not have the professionalism. The food is good but the people make me not want to come back. If you look below the shrimp you’ll see the crab cake.
