Went to Bardeney's for dinner. The staff is friendly and the food is great. This is our second time eating here. It's so pretty by the water. They have a book of cocktails but, we have yet have a good drink. We both had a lemon drop and it was more like a glass of lemon aid. Last time, I tried a vodka Martini and it was really bad, no olives or nothing, mixture was off. We will come again for the food and ambience and skip the drinks.

We visited Bardenay for happy hour and dinner. Our server was not knowledgeable about the menu and quite rude. He had no idea what drinks were on the happy hour menu. When we asked to order happy hour food, he told us we had "15 seconds". We had been seated for quite awhile even though happy hour was ending and he was just getting around to taking our order. When I told him he shouldn't talk to customers that way he walked away and said he would get another server. I passed along our experience to the manager and she seemed as though she could have cared less. No one ever asked about how the food was or followed up with us. The food is mediocre and overpriced. Save your money and eat elsewhere. I will not be returning.

We haven't been here for awhile and after a series of disappointments we had no expectations for the food or service. What a wonderful surprise to see this place back with good crowds and service. The food was good and was priced right. They where a little short handed but it's a fun place to hang out while waiting for your food.
