Arrived for an 11:30 lunch and it was pretty empty. Ordered mozzarella sticks, a turkey club wrap and my mom got the cod special. Mozzarella sticks arrived cold in the middle, the wrap came as a sandwich and the cod had a 12inch hair in it. Best part was watching my mom pull the hair from her mouth with a piece of fish attached to the end. Pretty gross. I would have given 1 star but our waitress was really nice.

Last evening 10 of us went to the hitching Post for the first time. Even though it was Friday night fish fry and we were looking for a table for 10 management was extremely accommodating and we were seated quickly. From the salad bar to our last bite everything was fantastic and that includes the tremendous service we received. We will definitely be back and are glad to see a restaurant like this doing so well with all the external pressures of today. Thanks again we really enjoyed it.

Great food, great service. It was very busy and the waitresses were really running to keep up but one sat us in a couple minutes and returned quickly to serve us. Many tempting and wide ranging choices on the menu. And pass up the fries with any sandwich or burger and add the salad bar for $2.99, which was very fresh and well kept. It's a loud and friendly place with their low ceiling and close quarters. Too bad it's so far from home but I will return.

We had a party of 6. We arrived at noon and they were very busy, we were seated within a couple minutes. The wait staff was busy but she was at our table quickly. I had the breakfast buffet and everything I selected were all very good. A very pleasant experience!

Food was alright. The Caesar Salad is exactly what you would expect. But, if the chicken that was on it was cooked to order, it sat for a minute. Because my chicken was slightly colder than room temp. Hence the 3 Stars. My wrap was good overall, and the sweet potato fries weren’t bad, nor great. Overall, pretty good, not bad.
