We just celebrated my son’s graduation from college and made reservations at this location for such especial occasion.
Bob, did an excellent job at recommending drinks and dishes. He was super attentive, courteous and friendly. Our evening was superb thanks to his world-class customer service and always engaging, genuine demeanor.
Everyone of our guest, party of 8 people, were impressed by Bob and his always positive attitude.
Bob is certainly a superstar and MVP at this Biaggi’s location! Ask for him next time you stop by, you will not be disappointed and your experience will be unforgettable!

Went to Biaggi’s on a Saturday after graduation. We arrived around 3pm and they told us it was going to be an hour wait. Came back after an hour and they told us it was going to be another 60-90 minutes even though the tables were still empty. Everything was reserved. They did eventually sit us down and majority of the tables were still empty by the time we finished. They weren’t very organized.
Besides that, the food was not bad. We ordered the crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, the lobster pasta, the short rib ravioli, seafood pasta, & salmon pasta. It was all good, but my least faves out of that list are the crab cakes and the lobster pasta

Biaggis has a nice atmosphere with really tasty food. I recommend the short rib ravioli. It is super flavorful and not too big either.
Update: tried the specialty pizza and texture wise it was really good, flavor was fine. I recommend the ravioli over the pizza

Excellent service — professional, friendly, fast. Clean and beautiful restaurant inside and out. Lots of natural light. I got chicken parm and it was delicious. Juicy, flavorful chicken, creamy sauce, fresh and tender pasta. Definitely recommend this place!

Sat myself at the bar and the attentive bartender greeted me immediately. The entire experience was quick, smooth, band perfect. Drank Three Floyds Wheat Beer with a cup of minestrone and an enormous piece of lasagna. The food was top notch and very satisfying. As a Madison native, I am proud and happy and appreciative that we have an excellent Italian style restaurant here.
