Wow! Everything was way above average. We had fried mushrooms,( double battered dip and fried to perfection), the deluxe side salad. The salad was fresh lettuce, nice size real bacon pieces, shredded cheese with a half of a boiled egg, and shredded carrots, with yeast roll croutons.. A generous amount of dressing was included.He had a med rare Rib eye, cooked to perfection and as tender as you could wish. I had the medium size sirloin, med rare, again cooked to perfection. There are not enough words to describe Pressly, our server. Friendly, prompt, efficient and very helpful. Had a wonderful personality to top it all off. GREAT EXPERIENCE, already talking about making the 2 hr drive to eat here again

We can highly recommend Binion's Roadhouse. We have lived here eight years and have dined there many times and can truthfully say that we have not had a bad meal. The servers are always prompt, attentive and friendly. Yesterday our server was Luis and he was training a new server, but managed to give both exemplary service to us and helpful training to her. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and their roadhouse salads are super. They have "the good Ranch dressing", too! Thanks Binion's for always being a dinging experience we can count on.

You know when you go to a steak house and order a sirloin and when you begin eating the steak it is chewy? You end up pulling little chewed pieces out and putting them on a discard pile? Not here! To date, I've had 2 sirloins here and it is yet to happen (update: dozens of sirloins). The rolls are like grandma made and the sweet potato is cooked perfectly. UPDATE: This review is 2 years old but still relevant. We eat here regularly now because the food is consistently good! The people are great and we really like the ambiance. I think it is safe to say that you will not be disappointed.
