First time going to the twin falls black bear dinner and I have to say it was a truly amazing experience. They had great food and an incredible chicken soup obviously made at the restaurant with fresh-made pasta and nice-sized pieces of well seasoned baked chicken with a beautiful broth. the rest of the meal was equally well done, with nice portions. Last but definitely not least by any means our server India was the perfect end to a beautiful day, very happy and effervescent. I've worked in customer service for many years both in the direct customer contact capacity and management. I would have to say employees like India with an attitude that lights up the room with positivity and joy, are rare and should be appreciated and valued by their employers because of this experience, I will be making this one of my regular dining places. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone not only wanting good food but also a very pleasant dining experience, Thanks again.

Came for a quick dinner, food was great as usual. We were having a nice time until the cooks decided we all needed to listen to their choice in music. It certainly wasn’t my choice of music and I can’t imagine any restaurant owner choosing this type of music unless your restaurant is in some dive bar. The rest of the staff seemed fine with it. Makes me wonder if it’s time to stop coming to the Black Bear Diner?

Visited for the first time and was very pleased with what I ordered. I had the cinnamon roll French toast with some fresh fruit, very good. My friend had a hobo omelette with hash browns, he said his hash browns were a little dry but overall he liked his breakfast. It was a nice atmosphere with an attentive server, Esmeralda. Will definitely be returning again
