Boycotted this place, 3 years ago. The people of Keaau deserve so much better than the horrible food, and ridiculously long wait, for a simple order. Don't waste your precious time & money here...they simply DO NOT want to improve. Go right next door to Orchidland General for DELICIOUS FRESH SANDWICH'S and AMAZING professional service, instead!

After being assured my burger would have no pickles on it, I waited almost 30 minutes and then got this sad looking burger covered with..pickle relish. The (only) 3 other customers before me also had to wait almost 25 minutes; the place was not busy at all. And the soggy fries came with an announcement of "sorry we ran out of ketchup." (?!?!) It was an absolute epic fail, I will NEVER go back and I cannot recommend this place to anybody unless you like waiting a ridiculously long time to be disappointed.

Unprofessional workers and served me a raw cheeseburger. The owners really need to do something about this location. Blanes used to have a good reputation on this island. After 30+ years of eating at Blane's, I'm officially done. I've been periodically giving this place chances and it keeps getting worse and worse. Do yourself a favor and find something else to eat.
